Jennifer is a licensed midwife with a private practice that specializes in waterbirth and gentle birth. Jenny changed careers in 1988 from being a National Park Service Ranger, including law enforcement, firefighting and emergency medicine, to become a midwife. The calling to become a midwife was so strong for her that she became a midwife first and then found the best place to practice, New Mexico. The desire to educate women about their choices on how they birth, helping them create their best birth experience, continues to be a priority as well as an honor and a joy. She enjoys teaching and providing information to assist parents-to-be before, during and after birth.
