The Midwives Model of Care


Midwife Julia is is dedicated to providing evidence-based, respectful & compassionate care...to support your birth choices and help you and your baby gently through this natural transition of life.

She specializes in prenatal care, hombirth & mother/newborn care, with an emphasis in naturopathic preventive care principles of individualized nutrition, herbal remedies, stress relief and other natural methods. Her approach to birthing mothers and their families is one of humility, noting that it is a blessing to be invited to share in your care and an honor to attend your births.

Certifications include Neonatal Resuscitation (level 4) and in IV Therapy, Medications and Suturing for midwives plus a college certificate in clinical Phlebotom. Certified Professional Midwife (NARM). Degree: Bachelor of Science in Midwifery.
